A lisa keyboard uses an 1/4" RCA plug if I remember correctly so No would be my answer
Anything can be changed to be physically compatible. The Lisa is actually a 1/4 PHONO plug, NOT RCA. Either way, it has the same number of electrical signals as the Mac. But, I am inclined to agree with you. The Mac keyboard has a chip onboard that talks to a chip on the Mac. Since I do not know how the Lisa is set up, I can't be sure, but I do know that the Lisa is able to detect what language keyboard is attached to it, something the Mac cannot do as far as I'm aware, so I must presume that their communication language is not.
