Has anybody worked out a way to charge a battery outside the computer? I have a G4 Titanium that was damaged by lightning. The scorch can be seen on the motherboard by the power supply socket. It will start up from a charged battery but will not recharge or take power from the lead. thanks. Pete

Not real common, but they do show up on eBay once in awhile. Depending on the TiBook model however, it might make more sense and be cheaper to eBuy a replacement MLB.
