Is booting possible with usb 2.0? i seem to recall someone doing it with an imac g3 and usb 1.1 but is it possible with a g4 ibook? with usb 2.0?

apple took the feature out of all of it's macs once they moved to USB 2.0. That means the iBook won't do it, neither will the new PM G5 or any equivelent
It sucks that apple did this, as it is more expensive to use the FW4/800 HD's/CD/DVD-roms
i bought a new ipod and i was hoping to be able to boot off it seeing as it doesnt support firewire.
