Tried it...

... Didn't kill anything, results weren't stellar. It worked. The composite and svideo try to push any res the monitor is doing. It didn't do the job as well as my 5500.

Okay, this calls for a mod.

A month ago, I had some friends over, and decided we wanted to play Wolfenstein and Marathon on my PowerBase. I plugged in the monitor and the video out to the tv. I was jabbing when the boot screen was processing, and didn't look at the tv. I then went to go play a game, and when I looked up at th image on the tv, I noticed that something was off, after further investigation, I concluded that red and blue were somehow switched. I confirmed this by going to the monitors and sound control panel. I looked at the color scale in the bottom left corner of the control panel, and saw nothing was distorted on either screen, except that the blue on the tv was perfectly rendered as red. What is the pin out on that card, or the ribbon coming off it. I think I might just be able to switch red and blue.
