Apple IIe restoration project (where can I get parts?)

Hello,

My little girl is getting my Apple IIe. Here's the restoration project in a nutshell.

1) Keyswitches. Some keys don't work. Anyone know where to order keyswitches, or a Rev. B keyboard? Also, I plan to resolder some of the keys in case the problem lies in a breakage of the solder connection. Keyswitch leads may have worked loose from the solder over the years.

Lode Runner custom levels for trade?

Did anybody play Lode Runner on the Apple ][e and create some custom levels that were extra hard to beat? I'd love to try them, if you have a copy of them. Anyone else interested?

Wow - you guys put me to shame, what with enhancing the Apple with Ethernet cards, memory cards, IBM cards, internet connections, awesome Applesoft tips... Where was this forum 20 years ago?

Books

hey all,

I was helping clean up the basement at my parents house and i ran across a few boxes full of my old apple two manuals and magazines. Id hate to throw them out and would like to see if there is any interest from people here that might want them. Just at a glance I see i have a full manual on Prodos, a ton of Nibbles and Apple Cider magazines, and a few technical manuals such as applesoft, binary, and machine language. If anybody is interested let me know, if not i think i would have to throw them out.

Applesoft Games

Hi everybody!

I had an Apple ][e back in the 80's and loved writing cheesy Applesoft games way back then (though I thought they were awesome at the time). I recently got bored and decided to write a 3-D maze game using an emulator. Does anybody want a copy of the first version?

I'm adding other features for future versions.

Hello I have an Apple IIe Platinum computer system and I was wondering the value of this system. NO - I AM NOT SELLING IT, I would just like to know the value of it for laughs. And yes all of the parts work with NO yellowing on anything.

PC Software to Read and Write Apple ][ Floppies

Help!

A week or two ago, I ran across a web site with software that was able to read and write Apple ][ Floppies on a PC. It was able to do this by requiring 2 floppies on the same machine and using one foppy for timing and the other for reading and writing.

But now I can't seem to find the web site again. If anyone knows the name of the software or the web page, please let me know.

Adventure Game Help - Crime Stoppers

I'm playing a very old adventure game by interactive mind games called "Crime Stoppers".

I just need to know enough to get a token , and to board the subway. PLEASE DON'T spoil the rest of the game for me.

I know this is not a game board but i couldnt find any discussion on this game anywhere.
