Apple IIe software

In cleaning out my closet I recently found three copys of Apple II diskware, Dos 3.3 system master for the II, II+ and IIe. It says apple computer corp, inc 1982. It also has a set of letter/number series A2D2003/680-0210-A. The tag on the disk also has the apple logo on it. Also found one disk of Apple II diskware. Pro Dos users disk for the IIe and 64K II+. It also says Pro Dos 1.0 based utilities. This one says Apple computer corp, inc 1983.

apple IIe zip chips?

Does anybody know where I can find a "zip chip" for the apple IIe? I have done a search online and can find lots of information on it but none for sale. Does anyone have one they will part with? I realize it might be like asking for your first born, but it is worth a try.

Write to disk on Apple IIc. No DOS.

So I've got my Apple II running wonderfully on the TV, and have played a bit with apple assembly and what I believe to be AppleSoft BASIC. Whatever is onboard. Anyway, I've left all my disks several hundred miles away (I'm home from college for the summer) and don't have a copy of any OS with me that would work for this. Does anyone know how I can write to disk? I'd really like to be able to save stuff I write without leaving the computer on. Is a copy of DOS essential for this? I suppose DOS does it without another system giving it calls..

Apple IIGS playing my games way too fast.

I recently bought an Apple IIGS, because I heard it was a 100% backwards compatable to Apple IIe software. Well, so far it is, except for a game called Karataka, although it is a cracked copy, and I have heard that cracked games sometimes don't play on a IIGS. Now the games that do play, all play too fast. Games like Mario Bros, Spy Hunter, The Bilestoad, and even an orginal non cracked game called Alpha Build. Is there something I have to do to the IIGS to slow it down to play these games in there original speed? BTW, this model is a ROM01, and doesn't have any expansion boards in it.

Looking for these apple iie games

There were 3 adventure games I remember playing all the time but all these years later I can't remember their names. It would have been sometime around 1988, they were likely released before this. I remember playing them on the Apple IIe computers at school.

Apple IIe software

I have some software for the older Apple computers that is looking for a new home. One is a program by Spinneraker software called word writer for the IIe & IIc. New in the box still shrink wraped. It can be had for shipping or if you are close enough free.

I also have 6 copies of Adobe Photoshop ver 1 on CD that came as bundeled software with new computers. Never opened or used, Free or for shipping. I also have more software all opened and I am not sure if all of it has the program disks with them.

Apple IIc hooked up to my tv card, screen scrolls over and over

Hi guys. I bought an Apple IIc a little while ago and finally got it hooked up and running. It looks great, but the screen just scrolls up over and over and over. So right now, my disks aren't with me, so I'm just playing with the command line, and everything scrolls up.. any ideas? It almost looks like a refresh rate problem, but no flickering. I'm using a RF Modulator I bought at radio shack, rf cables to connect it to the apple II and a coax cable to connect to my tv card in my desktop. Any ideas?

Fun with the Apple //c memory expansion card

I obtained several (about five) of these beauties, new, sealed in the box.

Three of them I filled with memory, installed, and tested. They're grrrrrreaaaaat!

Recently, being an apple ][ fanatic, and someone concerned about eliminating unnecessary paper, I decided to make clean, modern digital versions of all of the paperwork that came with them (which I'll post here when the appropriate permisions have been cleared). While doing the final proof check of the "Apple IIc Memory Expansion Owner's Guide," I noticed several comments.
