Well, I found some eMac OS 10.3 install CDs for sale online. What I'm wondering is wether I can use these to install 10.3 on my B&W?

Most likely yes. I've used PowerBook G4 install DVDs to install Panther on B&Ws and iMacs.
make sure that they are INSTALL disks and not just UPGRADE disks. The panther ones that came with my emac are only upgrade, which means you have to do an install of 10.2 first before 10.3 can be put on. If they are DVD's make sure you have a DVD drive in your B&W
Well, I've gone ahead and ordered them. By either tomorrow or Friday, I'll know if they work or not. Of course, I have to get my HDs set up to have OS 9 on one and X on the other.
Well, the CDs worked quite fine. I'm running Mac OS 10.3.6 right now on my B&W. Strange thing though. I've always heard about problems with 10ns memory. I'm running with 2 10ns 256s and 2 8ns 256s and it seems quite fine to me.
