Hi Guys,
Because I'm borderline crazy, I decided to setup the latest Apache on A/UX 3.0.1. Bizarrely, I got it to work after jumping through some hoops. I've written up my experiences on my web site - http://www.snakeoillabs.com for anyone else who might be interested in giving it a try as A/UX resources are thin on the ground these days.
If you want to have a look at the finished product, it's running http://www.buyukada.co.uk on my Quadra 650 for the next few days.
Sounds very interesting. I was planning to install A/UX on my Quadra 700, but just for fun, not to serve anything.
But why didn't you upgrade to A/UX 3.1? It's avaliabe (among others) at:

Both getting Apache going and documenting it! Great docs they are too! Only once I ever got an A/UX box running (IIci), but your how-to may just inspire me to put together another - just cuz I can!
Very nice indeed! Thanks!

Your madness is an inspiration and an asset. That's one professional, comprehensive looking guide you've created. And I liked the 'O Brother' reference
Great, now I've got an a/ux installation on my to do list along with the rest.
A/UX 3.1 breaks Nic Leymann's GCC port from what I've heard - Whilst JimJag's port might work, I couldn't find it at the time.
I don't know about you, but at 21 pages its longer than I expected - I reckon it'd be at least double that if I had to document porting GCC 3.x as well!
