Pear PC and the basics of how to set up??

I have no clue how to set this up, and im wondering if anyone here has used it before. i have OSX on cd and DVD. im running an athlonXP clocked at 1.9ghz, 512 mb ram, radeon 9000 64mb agp. i have downloaded what i thought were the files to get started but i just dont understand some of it.... if anyone has a clue or knows how to explain it to me that would be great. thanks guys

oops

i didnt really know what section to put this in, and i do things on both computers, i really cant get rid of the pc. im saving for a mac mini or a G4 desktop. im not sure what i want. but i am a student and dont work enough to dish out $500 or so for a brand new mac. if i had the money id say screw it and go with an Imac G5. dont get me wrong i love macs, i used them before pc's. i just have alot of uses for both.

On thier website they have detailed documents on getting it running. But a few points that may help:

It's not click and run, you need to start the application while pointing it at a config file.

You need to read the docs and edit the config files.

You need to image your X cd's to hard disk as the Windows port doesn't support physical cd-roms.
