Apple's own Disk copy 6.3.3 doesn't seem to support ISO. Is there any way or software utility that will let me mount an .iso CD file on my Mac OS 9 machine?

Roxio Toast may be able to do it -- in the very least, it can mount IMG and Toast images.
Otherwise, you may need to use Disk Utility on an OS X machine to convert the image first.
If you've got a 9.x machine booted, to access it, ShrinkWrap will work, otherwise a Classic version of Toast, as mentioned, will work. I seem to remember some newer versions of Disk Copy, like the 6.x series, to mount disk images, but I'm not sure it'll handle ISOs at all.
