No. Lomabards and Pismos do. The Wallstreets is all metal, and has a separate PCB board that you have to put on the HD before screwing it into the bracket and into the Wallstreet.
Alright, I figured the same. And it turns out that the pismo I'm getting does have one, just not a HDD.
