Hi everyone.
Can anyone point me to documentation or steps to correct the shrunken image on my IIGS RGB screen? The image on the screen has maybe an inch of black or empty border to the left and right of the image. I want to fix this so the monitors image stretches as close as possible from side to side and top to bottom to maximize the view image on the view area of the screen. If anyhone can help, I'd appreciate it.

Are you sure your GS's screen border settings aren't set to black? Go into the control panel and double check.
Press Control-OpenApple-Esc to get in there.
would it affect regular IIe stuff as well? For example I boot up with a prodos disk no GS/OS and then load Silvern Castle. Still the view area is small.

'fraid so. Are you using a PC compatible with ActiveX enabled? Try going to this site:
http://www.virtualapple.org
and test one of the 8-bit titles. Note the border around the display area. Is that what's occuring on your GS? That is normal.
