Using an Apple IIe keyboard with the replica 1

Well, I finally found some time to make this. It basically converts the matrix Apple IIe keyboard into an ASCII format for use with the replica 1 or Apple 1 computer. This is a single 40 pin chip solution that will be low cost. So now it will be possible to use a ordinary Apple IIe keyboard with the replica 1.

Here's a pic:

I may make a handful of these boards for people who want a more authentic keyboard than a ps/2 keyboard. Let me know if you are interested.

PS I'm looking for a source for some IIe keyboards now Smile
