Requirements:
=========

A real Apple II with 48K, Disk II, color monitor and joystick is preferred. Emulators work OK, but input with an analog joystick gives the best experience. Accelerators, IIc+ and IIgs machines should be set to run at 1 MHz.

Version 1.1

This is a minor update that fixes a few problems. First, it is more fair about the bad guys chasing you. Previously, the bad guys had the last move, which in certain cases wouldn't allow you to break free - especially if there were two of them chasing you. To make up for this, they are now slightly faster and inflict more damage - but you can get away faster too. I also forgot to add the spin 180 keyboard command. Get version 1.1 here:

Version 1.2

Here is a quick update to "Escape from the Homebrew Computer Club". Nothing earth shattering, but I've wrapped up a couple of bug fixes and performance improvements is a quick release. I got a little involved with some CFFA performance tweaks, so I thought this should go out before I forgot what I changed:

* Fix wall collision bug that would make player shift position slightly
* Clear keyboard strobe in beginning of each level
* Clear closing doors at beginning of new level
* Added a couple of FPS
* Slowed bad guys down slightly (easier to play, but not too easy)

Get it here:

The next version might actually have some new features. I also think hires is in the future, but 64K will be required. Anybody not have 64K? Heck, 48K should have been enough for anyone.

Enjoy,

Dave...

Version 1.2 ProDOS

And now for ProDOS. Exactly the same 1.2 binaries with a hacked loader using ProDOS MLI. Allows running Escape HBCC 3D from CFFA or hard disk. Image here:
