Wallstreet not outputting any video

I've got a PowerBook G3 Wallstreet here that isn't showing any video on it's LCD, or via the VGA or S-Video outs. Based on the sounds from the drive, i've got it to boot OS 9 off of a CD, but, without video, i cannot be 100% sure.

I opened it up, and everything seems to be in order, with the exception of a possibly dead pram bettery, as it seems to do a reset every time i plug it in to the wall adapter (i haven't got a battery for it).

Any ideas 'fritters?

Sounds to me like the graphic

Sounds to me like the graphics chip is fried. I know mine doesn't agree with OSX very well, but I've never had any video issues like that running OS 9.
