Power Macintosh G3 AIO (Beige) Question

I bought a Power Macintosh G3 AIO, but when I flipped the switch on the back of the unit, nothing happened. I am not sure, but I think I need to use an ADB keyboard which I don't have (I would like to get one as well as an Apple Busmouse if anyone has one).

What I am wanting to know is if I need a keyboard to turn it on or if it is broken.

Yes. Other than from members here, eBay and the Low End Mac swap list are good places to look for vintage Apple parts/peripherals.
