Appraise my card! (AD-DA-C maybe)

Hello there, good people!

Recently, I just got this card. I can sense a great potential coming from this card.
However, I don't know (yet) what it is.

I know for the fact that it is a two-way digital-analog converter, but that's about it.
Is there anyone out here who can help me identify this item?

PDF for one of the big chips:

http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/256/ICL7109-102826.pdf

PDF for two of the other big chips:

http://www.ic-on-line.cn/view_online.php?id=1559951&file=0281\r6522ape_627109.pdf

But I have no idea what it is. The first chip made me think that it's a parallel serial combo card, but there's no pins for ribbon cables to connect to the card.

Re: Appraise my card! (AD-DA-C maybe)

Well some notes:
it seems that each of the 6522 VIS chips has the ports connected to 2 empty 16 pin sockets resulting to
a demanded connection of 2 x 16 pin flatribboncables with DIP-Plugs.....
and remaining 2 empty IC-sockets related to the 7109 and working as the port to the AD DA channel....
having a view to the backside of the card would be usefull to allocate which sockets to which chip....
The jumperblocks should be used to fix the adressing of the I/O ports of the chips...
the 7109 is the DA converter and the ADDAC80-CBI is the AD converter both operating at 12 bit....
the datasheet of the ADDAC80-CBI-V is here:
http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheet/analogdevices/ADDAC80-CBI-I.pdf
looks quite like a "copycat" of one of the laboratorycards i developed in the 80`s......

It's exactly what you think it is, what else are you needing?

So in conclusion, it is what it is (AD-DC-C) converter

Thank you for the answers very helpful infos
