I have one that is very much like this one (see ebay link below), except that I do have the cable, the plastic overlay sheet that shows "undo," "cut," "copy," and "paste," and the manual still in it's shrink wrap. I'll also throw in an Apple Desktop Bus Mouse. It's yours, shipped within the USA for $25. This offer is good until May 16, 2014, then it goes up on ebay.
