Repairing an Apple Keyboard II

I bought a partially working Apple Keyboard II (M0487). According to the seller the letter 'E' and the top row of the numeric keypad isn't working. Is it repairable and what needs to be done?

Thanks in advance!

The Forum Search for "Repairing an Apple Keyboard" is bringing up a bunch of Threads with partial relevance, but this is the last relevant Thread I remember seeing:

and the follow up:

Thanks for those!

I'm just wondering how much different mechanically a M0487 keyboard is from an Apple II+ integrated keyboard?

I think the OP is talking about the ADB keyboard used on Macs.

Try washing the keyboard in distilled water. You can also try lifting off the keycap and putting isopropanol down the key shaft. Press the key many times until it works.

I think these ADB keyboards are better made than the older keyboards used on the Apple II.
