where can I find a command reference or manual for Visiterm?
Edit: The problem is, that VisiTerm just offers "comm slot: local" and there is no change possible - that can not be because I found several documentation about the work with VisiTerm where slot #2 was set ... maybe the asimov version is faulty ...

Yes - all do have the same problem - no change of the comm slot possible!
When searching the internet about some documentation I came across the following link.

Scrolling down you will find some commands listed like:

What are they doing... I'm not very familiar with peeks & pokes, even calls?
