Troubles - converting software to disk image

I've got a program called "The Write Stuff." It's a word processing program I bought in 1984-85. I have the original disks, manual, etc....
It's copy protected and I don't know how to convert this to the dsk format. i've managed to convert all of the data disks I used with it (my document files). I'd really like to use this program in a emulator. Any suggestions on how to convert this?
