Aztec AA11040c PSU

I have an Aztec AA11040C power supply in my Apple II+ which is not working. Measuring voltages show the -12v and -5v both OK but no +12V and +5V. Before I jump and do a full recap, I'd like to know if this needs any other component replacement. Anyone had similar experience, please share them.

If the supply is putting out

If the supply is putting out -12 and -5 then it has to be putting out the other voltages.Where are you measuring the voltages?

From the plug but I wasn't

From the plug but I wasn't making contact. It's all good now and all voltages correct. Now I will have to find out why the computer doesn't boot. Visually checked the motherboard and all good.

The contacts inside the dc

The contacts inside the dc plug of the power supply have probably spread.  If you are reading some votlages and not others at ther motherboard.
