Do any of you have any Supr'Mod RF modultors laying about? These were made hrdwired to NTSC UFH Ch 33, and with a trimmer that allowed a range between UFH 32 and 34. Either, or both, will suffice.
I'm further considering building some RF modulators from components in the future for other frequencies.
I have one around somewhere. But why would you go to the trouble? They aren't much use anymore, since few people have TVs that take NTSC broadcast in anymore that don't have NTSC composite in. They are fairly frequently seen on eBay so it would seem to be easier just to buy one rather than make new ones.
FYI - my original channel 3 version was an ASTEC UM1301 modulator to which M&R added a small power supply.

Ah, interesting. I thought that I remembered there being a VHF version, and owning one a ery long time ago.
IIRC, the VIC-20 also used that ASTEC RF modulator.
Do you happen to know if the +VCC pin (4) on the four pin connector is +5, +12, or unregulated? I have notes that it is +5->12. The modulators that I am looking at accept +5VDC, and I need to know if I need a 7805 in line with VCC to regulate it, or if the power pin is already +5VDC.
I show:
Pin 1, Earth
Pin 2, Video
Pin 4, VCC (undermined regulation)
Pretty sure i have two. Id be willing to part with one. Send me a message.
