Euro IIe PSU - Options/-12v?

As detailed in another thread I have a euro IIe which had a RAM failure and also has a burned transformer in the PSU, so I need a new PSU. I like the look of the Reactive Micro one but the price is a bit high and the shipping to UK is almost the same again so that's out.

I've done some research and it looks like the IIe doesn't use the -12V rail at all unless a Unidisk is connected - is this true (I have a spare Mac LC II PSU that does +-5v and +12v and would be a great fit if so...)?

If I do need the -12V rail, does anyone have any suggestions for Meanwell-style replacements? The suggested Q60 and Q75 options seem to be discontinued and I can only find clones of unknown quality on Aliexpress.

Thanks for any advice.

It's not cheap, but it is by far the best option for an Apple II power supply:  https://www.reactivemicro.com/product/universal-psu-kit/

And it works from 90VAC - 264VAC input, so it is truly worldwide universal.
