During my research about the looks of the original Operation Manual, I so far have not found pictures on the internet that show whether the schematics sheet 1/3 (terminal section) and 2/3 (processor section) are actually bound into the manual or not. I assume the third schematics, sheet 3/3 (power supply) was bound into the manual, but am not sure about this either.
So I have the following questions to people owning an original manual:
1. Are the sheets 1/3 and 2/3 actually bound into the Original Manual and if so, how?
2. Is sheet 2/3 printed on the back of sheet 1/3 or are the back of both sheets empty?
3. What is the size of sheet 1/3 and 2/3? Are they US Letter or twice the size of US Letter and then folded?
4. What is printed on the BACK of sheet 3/3 (power supply) – I assume it is the page with page number 12 printed at the bottom. Can somebody confirm this, please?
In an ideal world, it would be great to see pictures showing each two-page spread, on after the other, so everything is idiot-proof (i.e.: Even I would understand this)
On the internet, I have found two pdfs, but none of them clearly answers these questions, unfortunately.
On this pdf, the board schematics seem to be completely missing? Have they NOT been included (i.e. BOUND) in the original manual?

I would say pages 9 and 10 but not 11 are double size or if they have been fold out pages actually tripple size.

I knew most of the pictures of your post. I still do not know: Have the schematics (the big ones, 1/3 and 2/3) actually stapled into the manual or have they been losely inserted?

would suggest that the big schematics have not been bound into the manual (which kinda makes sense).
But unless somebody with an original can be bothered to make photos or describe what they have, I can not be sure, I guess.
I would conclude the following from that:
For the stapled version form the other auction:
the auction is talking about foldouts and this was the way it was done at that time.
In my opinion the page size of the 2 Schaematic pages is 3 times the normal size.
The left most part is page 3 and 4 (respectively 5 and 6). The midlle and rright part the is schematic double page.On the picture you can see something typical the foldout gets folded on half.
I know many (non Apple) technical manuals from medical devices of that time, that have been folded like this.
They usually came with 3 US or 4 EU holes puched and ringbinding.
In this case the Schematic pages are just double side without the left most double sided page.
For 12 pages the stapled variant is the most likely.
I also have seen a 3rd variation for thin stapeled manual, the schematics have a 1.5 cm binding stripes. When you open the manual it looks like the first pages have been cut out and only a stripe of about 1.5cm is left.
If there was only one doulbe page of schematics it was usually placed in the middle where the staples are.

This is a scan of the manual. The schematic (3/3) shown there has been rotated by 90 degrees (for better viewing, I suppose). You can clearly see this because of the punched holes. So we know for sure that this schematic was printed on ONE page, not over two pages as in a double-page spread. We also know for sure that the schematics 1/3 and 2/3 are printed on a double page spread.
I conclude the following: The manual has 16 pages with a foldout like this:
Page 1 (front cover): First Apple Logo, Title and Address
Page 2 (inside front cover): Specs
Page 3 (right): Introduction/Section 1 (labeled "-1-")
Page 4 (left): Section I cont. (labeled "-2-")
Page 5 (right): Section II (labeled "-3-")
Page 6 (left): Section II cont. (labeled "-4-")
Page 7 (right): Hex mon listings (labeled "-5-")
Page 8 (left): Hex mon listings cont. (labeled "-6-")
Page 9 (right): Hex mon listings cont. (labeled "-7-")
Page 10 (left): Section III (labeled "-8-")
Now it get's a bit tricky:
Page 11 (right) is actually a double-spread that can be folded out, so when you look at the opened manual with the fold-out folded out, you now have three pages next to each other with Page 11 (labeled "-8-") to the left and schematic 1/3 on the right in landscape format (i.e. 2 pages wide).
When you turn the fold-out (Page 12 must be a double-page-spread, too, of course), you will see schematic 2/3 (again you are looking at three pages next to each other with the left-hand double-spread (Page 12) featuring the schematics and the right hand page (Page 13) being schematics 3/3, I would highly assume.
Then everything goes back to normal:
Page 14 (left): Address display, (labeled "-12-")
Page 15 (inside back cover): Warranty
Page 16 (back cover): empty, BYTE SHOP stamp could be on it.
It would be awesome if someone with an original manual could confirm this structure.
