California Computer System Calendar Clock 7424-01
Anyone have information or a PDF manual for this card?I noticed that the EPROM has the label 7624, while in other photos found on the internet, the label is 7424-01.

I've got one of those cards.

I've got one of those cards.  They use a standard button cell, I think a 357 will work.  The only hassle for me is those PROMs are unobtanium anymore and the 2708 is one my EPROM programmer can't handle.  What I may do if I need to change programming on my card is use a 2716 with an adapter.

Hopefully, you've aready dumped the contents of the EPROM so you'll have something to burn down the road. Also, it looks like you can use a couple of RAM chips instead; not sure what or how hard those would be to obtain. But then you could just load the driver from disk when booted.

Wonder if anyone made a ProDOS driver for that?

If anyone is interested in the contents of the EPROM, I can download it, to compare it with previous versions.

I'd be surprised if nobody ever did, but whether one is still available or not I don't know.  It's a pretty simple card which uses a common clock chip of that era.
