I have this Third-party ADB wireless keyboard with built in mouse. The mouse has this weird tilt pad which makes the cursor move. The device communications through IR and includes receiver. The receiver has both male and female ADB: one to connect to computer and one to connect to a normal mouse. If you are interested I can send pictures. $20 shipped.
