ADT question about using audio vs serial

Besides bootstrapping which you sometimes can't avoid,

How bad is ADT (not pro client, but for DOS 3.3) when sending disk images over the audio ports vs using a Super Serial card?

It's a heck of a lot easier and cheaper to run audio cable between my Apple II area and my Mac which sits on my desk then it is to run 25ft of serial cable.

Since most of the time I'll be using the CFFA3000 card, this would only be for occasional use to transfer images to be copied onto real floppies since I haven't found a copy program yet that will bit copy between controllers in the Apple II (CFFA to Disk II)

Thanks,
Corey

The DOS 3.3 client isn't capable of using the audio stream.

What versions of proDos are supported then. I can't run anything that requires more than 64k and a 65c02.

Thanks,
Corey

IIRC, the current ADTPro Disk comes with v1.9.. It will work fine on a Non-Enhanced ][e..
