I have an M8799LL/A Airport Extreme Base Station. Unit comes with third-party "Dr. Bott" antenna. Power supply is included but is missing the other half of the adapter (AC cord) doesn't look official Apple though (Foxlink). Comes with box, has some water damage to it, and wall mount (clear plastic thing). The unit is untested and being sold AS-IS. I can send pictures upon request. $30 shipped.

Did find other part of power adapter. The three lights on the front of the unit blink as I assume it's booting up and doing things.
