Are there any Serial Boards or other peripheral boards available to buy for Apple-1 Mimeo?

I was also quite interested in getting a CFFA1 but I see these haven't been manufactured in a while and seems like no plans to make any more.
Are you looking to just load programs serially?
You can hook up a simply UART to the parallel keyboard interface to load software. It's easy enough to use two 74ls257 to keep both a Keyboard and serial interface connected at the same time.
