I have an Apple II+ (A2+) I'm working on. The same one with the broken keyboard, which I finally reassembled (yikes). Parts for the keyboard are on the way. But I booted the A2+ and I get no response from the keyboard, excellent screen Apple ][ and the prompt and blinking cursor. But if I hit keys, I don't see any additional characters on the screen. I've tried 2 different keyboards so I don't think that's the keyboard is the issue. I'm about to hook it up to the scope and a logic analyser but would like to know if there is a diagnostic ROM that can help. I can burn 2716s (and I have a few).

The II+ uses 2316 ROMs, which are not pin-compatible with 2716 without lifting pins and inverting enable signals
I am aware of this and I'm looking into getting a few adapters. I see the dead rom bin and hoping to grab the image.
