The screws are under the 4 black rubber feet which you need to pry off first.
Hah! You know the funny thing, one of the feet doesn't have a screw underneath it, and that was the one I initially pried off when I was checking earlier. I just assumed the rest of the feet didn't have anything underneath them! Thanks!

Drignor next time please post a higher-res picture.
If your joystick is the type with yellow buttons, be aware that they can have a manufacturers defect where the small springs on the buttons suffer from metal fatigue.
These springs will always fail quickly.
Short of completely redesigning the joystick, the only fix is to replace them with metal rods.
But this fix is far from perfect since the button travel in the buttons is only that of the tact switch which is not very far at all.
So you will not get much tactile response.
