I did that many years ago. I made a bracket and suspended the hard drive under the keyboard. Then I made up a custom cable from the ramfast to the HD to a db25. I'd use a 25 pin terminator so I could remove it and occasionally connect something else.
Looks like a CMS SCSI card maybe. I have one of those kicking around I should sell on eBay. I have a CMS external 1/2 height 5.25" chassis and a Quantum 105S to go with it I think. I need to check to see if that 105S still works. It hasn't been powered on in years.
