Early Apple II+ on eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-APPLE-II-PLUS-COMPUTER-1978-A2S2-/121790507135
Kinda looks like it has the raised power light - and the switch on the PSU is a metal toggle but it looks like it's just a replacement for the original switch...
Might be interesting...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1984-Apple-IIe-Computer-31-YEARS-OLD-BRAND-NEW-IN-BOX-/231726188727
You're right Georgel.
They should have left the box sealed.
Then the could have (maybe, sort of) gotten $750.00 to $900.00 for it.
Maybe..Sort of. LOL But not from me.
Steven
Quite Nice...
Very Early Apple ][+, RAM Blocks, "Rev" on Board between Slot #3 and #4, so a Rev-04 Board, Board #7929. All seams reasonable Original..
I am sure this Power Supply had the "weak" Power Switch and it failed.... My Apple ][ from 7916 does have the weak switch....
Any guess of How High it will go???
I will say.......
$675.00
MarkO
A 1984 Apple, with a letter dated 17-APR-1986???
Well, this Apple //e was a Prize in the Kraft®, "Display Carmels for an Apple" Contest..
And why does the Monitor ][ has an Asset Tag on it??
Nice, but definitely Not "that special"..... Well, maybe with the Prize Letter....
MarkO
Some of that air must be going stale or has escaped.

Keatah,
LOL
Yup, it's not one of them new fangled "Self-Sealing" Boxes.
And you have to tape it, then pump it up by hand.
It has to be getting closer to Christmas.
Have you seen all the $35.00 and $40.00 items jacked up
to $150.00, $275.00 and $400.00?
Oh1 And a RAMFast SCSI Card for almost $400.00!
And these folks actually think that people will buy them.
Steven
Hello Steven,
it´s not about the guys that don´t buy....
nut´s season has just started now....
gran´opening of the hunting season....
hunting for the guys, that are stupid enough and really pay such prices....

and start singin:
"cash we want, cash we want, cash from all the guys
oh what fun it is to get, cash from all that guys....

LOL
or to remain with the british comedy from new years eve "dinner for one"
"same procedure like every year...." sigh....
speedyG
You're right Speedy,
and here is another example:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/191725202886?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
$400.00 for a Copy.
Isn't that special?
And for those who want to buy a pig in a poke:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-INJURED-ENGINE-5-1-4-Floppy-Disk-Apple-II-5-25-Commodore-64-/111807449914?hash=item1a083e4b3a:g:RbUAAOSw~gRV3I1c
You've just got to read the description.
What is on it? I don't know.
Does it work? I don't know.
I am supposed to pay you $36.99 for something that neither one of us knows if it will work?
Hell YES!
'Tis the Season...
Steven
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Apple-Computer-Uthernet-II-ETHERNET-Card-for-IIe-IIgs-II-Plus-/272032252700
As a guy who's uthernet II cards will be shipping out this weekend (hooray!) all I have to say is "really???" And "wow." That is some cheesy-azzed stuff right there.
HEEEELP......
Don't know where to start
The "ONE OF A KIND OPPORTUNITY* ORIGINAL LISA MOUSE fr Apple Computer A9M0050 Vintage" for just US $8,995.00
The "Economy Int'l Shipping" for just $200.00
Or the fact that there is a bid for US $8,995.00 ?!?!?!?!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ONE-OF-A-KIND-OPPORTUNITY-ORIGINAL-LISA-MOUSE-fr-Apple-Computer-A9M0050-Vintage/171983561235
Georgel and Norris,
Laughable is not the word for it.
This guy is out of his mind in a Major Way!
My Uthernet II cards arrived last week.
Stefan,
I contacted the seller of this item yesterday about his one and only bidder.
This bidder has had 10 Bid Retractions in the past six months.
This bidder does this kind of thing all the time.
Ebay refuses to do anything about him.
Steven
Hello Steven,
did you ever think about the possibility that this guy is
bidding with a second "ghost" account to his own stuff
and trying to pretend that some guy is stupid enough to bid to his stuff
( hopping thereby to pretend his stuff to be valuable enough to be sold at such price )
and thereby trying to bluff another guy to place a bid... ?
that´s a common practice used by some fraud ebay guys...
in such case he won´t claim at ebay to get the "ghost" banned....
and if ebay doesn´t get a claim by a guy that has been harmed
by that behavious ebay won´t take any action...
similar behaviour like those guys that try to drive bids high by bidding with ghost
against other bids to drive the bid up to the highest limit and then waiting for
the other bidder to step 10 bucks above his own highest bidding limit.....
you see that often when bids are stepping up each 10 bucks till highest bid is caught
and then leaving the rest of the bunch run the last ten minutes alone....
speedyG
Don't if this is laughable, I guess they are a bit rare, but the price is high:
Apple II Disk Drive - 5.25 - Bell & Howell - Looks Great
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-II-Disk-Drive-5-25-Bell-Howell-Looks-Great/321905548064
tolderlund,
No, these can be had for between $50.00 and $65.00 each if you look.
Speedy,
On eBay, all frauds are possible. lol
On a lighter note, I ordered my new Run 4 CFFA 3000 card from Rich today.
I should have it in a couple of weeks.
Steven
So I find this to be really sad/irritating...
I know a bunch of us just received our Uthernet cards, and are thrilled (I know I am) but to see someone then turn around and try to sell them for $400.00 on eBay is really irritating...
Thankfully the guy behind the Uthernet card didn't take this approach, but rather undertook this project for the benefit of all of the real Apple II lovers out there. (Oh, and the auction is for 2 of them - low 2 digit serial numbers)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Apple-Computer-Uthernet-II-ETHERNET-Card-for-IIe-IIgs-II-Plus-/272032252700
I apologize in advance if this is inappropriate.
Jennifer
ps: If this is Glenn Jones, I apologize - and thank YOU for making this project possible!!
No appologize needed..... it´s the same greedy guy that tried to sell few weeks ago
to a stupid other guy a CFFA card for 450 bucks !
speedyG
Dude says, "sales of these cards will go to fund more upgrades to our Apple II machines."
So does this mean he/she is a community developer? Because it very likely that if I was lame enough to pull something like this auction proceeds would go towards up grading my IIgs as well (and probably a pizza and a case of beer).
Wtf???
Slimey. This smells like what my bulldog produces after some particularly rich handouts.
And seeing as how he couldn't sell it for $175 ... he re-lists if for The Same Price!
Wasn't it Einstein who say trying the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is a sure sign on insanity?
Cheap at twice the price!
Only $12,000.00
If only he had 2 of these, I might try to steal them both for $18,000.00
[Edit: Opps, I see this was already mentioned ... worth a 2nd shot thought.]
Return of the empty box:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/151876473629
Don't worry folks, it just gets worse from now until Christmas:
How about $2000.00 for a "Steve Jobs Stamped Signature"?:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/301794143104?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Now mind you it is on a Gen-u-wine 5 Year Certificate. lol

http://www.ebay.com/itm/181928594971?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
$800.00 for an LC??? lol
Steven
Hello Steven,
no Madness at all .... "it still smells like Pizza"
LOL
speedyG
I have this uncontrollable urge to remove a diode from one of my non working Apple iie motherboards and put it up on ebay and ask for $250000.00.
Here is the description I am working on:
Steve Jobs and Steve Jobs: Jobs Steve Jobs Steve.
S T E V E J O B S=========S T E V E J O B S.
Up for auction is one spectacular diode device which has the unique capability to allow electricity go through it in one direction but not the other! It's like a electric valve!!!
It is designed to make your Apple ii computer work properly. If you don't have one installed on your Apple ii then it won't work properly.
This is SO RARE that you will NEVER SEE ONE AGAIN!
BUY BUY BUY BUY NOW NOW NOW...
Fits vintage Apple ii computer.
GET IT BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! I AM NOT GOING TO PUT ANOTHER ONE FOR AUCTION (wink wink) after I sell this one!
I read all of that in infomercial style echo effect lol! STEVE JOBS jobs jobs jobs...
I want one.
"Stop The MADNESS!!!" (the Sequel):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-Computer-Promo-posters-set-of-3-1983-/201465150591?hash=item2ee8423c7f:g:oc4AAOSw7hRWQmRK
I pointed this out to the seller after reading his description:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/blakespot/20597578462/
And so it goes...
Steven
TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!!! please.....
MarkO
It's down to $450!!
Granted, it "appears" to be new/unused and still sealed in the packaging. Drop another 100 or so and someone will scoop it up.
Zan
Let's keep this rolling - I present to you, the AU$1000 'complete system' Apple //c
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Apple-iic-complete-system-/281859140811?hash=item41a01d2ccb:g:rhYAAOSwLzdWSa1i
That's US$711. It even comes with a generic brand floppy drive - wow!
CWJ,
Just wait.
It will get even better over the next 30 days or so.
The closer to Christmas it gets
The more the Madness grows. lol
Speedy, MarkO, myself and several others
have been discussing it for a while.
Steven
There is always those people who think that they can "Get Rich, Quick", by "finding treasures" in other people's junk and "Cash-In" on their "find", because they saw something just like it sell at an Auction recently..
They don't care what it is, it just seems like a lot of People want one just like it, and now they "Have One"..... "For Sale", At the "Right Price"....
The number of times that Steve has Contacted the Seller, and pointed out another "recent auction", with an "extremely similar item", that sold for 1/4 or 1/10 the Starting Bid, and the Seller tells him he doesn't realize what the Item is really worth...
You Just Can't Argue with Stupid People.... "Because they will Drag you Down to their Level, and Beat You with Experience.."
MarkO
It's BAAAAAACCCCCKKKKK!
It's not just Steve J@BS L@@K!!!. This one is SUPER ARE!
That's right boys and girls! Not just super rare, this one is super ARE!!! (I always love the mispellings!)
Zan
The right words escape me to describe how outrageous that boxed Apple //e is. Perhaps in 100 years such an item would be worth that much, but it's just not the right time.
I just purchased a boxed (but used) Imagewriter II for AU$110, including shipping. And that thing is a beast to ship. The box is great, but not a dealbreaker for me.
Annnnd... it's in the ORIGIONAL box!
Too friggin' funny! I had not even read down that far!
Zan
http://www.ebay.com/itm/One-of-the-Worlds-rarest-Apple-Computer-collection-mostly-prototypes
This stuff is not my cup of tea. I probably would not even try and bid on it even if it had no minimum bid.
7159,
This statement in his Description is not true:
"One-of-a-kind Apple Dual 3.5 inch disk drive (this is the only one in existence as they never went into production)"
There was one listed on ebay within the last six months.
Steven
and...
I am pretty sure Sean Fahey has at least two of them.
So that would make it four of kind or maybe a full house

Jay and Georgel,
The fun just never stops.
$500.00 IIc's, $900.00 IIe's, $1,200.00 IIgs's.
It always gets worse before Christmas.
Steven
He's Back!!!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/151901636438?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
The price is now $8790.00 or Best Offer)
I have to give it to him though, he just don't quit.
He's like the Energizer Bunny. lol
When is a IIgs worth $600.00?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/291629036781?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

http://www.ebay.com/itm/111838684513?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Mark your calendars.
It's 01 December.
It gets crazier from here.
Steven
When it comes with everything shown in the pictures. And I mean everything: the cabinets, the finished floor, all the appliances, the Kitchen-Aid, coffee maker, the spritzer bottle, the fruit bowl with bananas…
Also look out for con artists. I had this happen to me a few Christmases ago. You buy, they don't deliver (on purpose). It's not pretty.
I wonder what they taste like. Must be very yummy.
It's coming...
LOL
And the madness accelerates...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1978-Apple-II-Integer-BASIC-Firmware-ROM-Card-for-II-Plus-II-Collectible-Rare-/141842569663
ROM card - "collectible, rare" - Just $599.95 or best offer!!
Sigh.
Jennifer
http://www.ebay.com/itm/141835153547
Yes, it is unused and in mint condition. Yes, it is apparently made by Datanetics. Yes, it has the raised power light. And, yes, it is black (and presumably was destined for a Bell & Howell). But still, £216 ($325) does seem an awful lot just for a keyboard.
The seller appears to have had a whole box of assorted unused Datnetics keyboards. He has sold three in the last week (the other two for less than half the price of this one). I find it slightly mystifying how this box of NOS Datanetics keyboards ended up in the hands of a seller in the UK.
Oh, that's danapplemacman from Bloomington, Ills.
