Can't help you on the ESC key, but I have some 3d printed copies of the spacer, albeit in white plastic instead of brown. You might try Dr. Steven Buggie who sells on eBay for the key cap. But ESC is a hard one to find because it is one of the most often broken and lost ones.
I can also send you the .STL files if you want to have your own key stems for spacers printed.
