Hello,
I have installed the Asanté (MacCon + 30i) network interface soft (MacTCP). Then I switch to Ethertalk and I put a manual IP address.
The troubleshooter (in localtalk mode) provided on this floppy say everything is okay, except ping pong with other Mac but this is normal because I have only one on the network.
The green led on the adapter is fixed on and sometime blink (I assume when receive packets), the orange led remain completely off.
The datalogger show received packets but more or less nothing in output.
Of course Fetch cant connect to my internal FTP server...
The ethernet connection is made thrue two Devolo PLC... Could be a problem of auto negociation or a problem of crossed or not crossed cable ?
Any idea will help.
Regards.
Philippe
Change driver version (5.6.0 -> 5.6.1) and works directly well !
Can you now bring MacBinary II over?
