I bought a Thunderbolt Cinema Display last month with my new laptop, in hopes of also using it with the video editing rig being provided to me. Unfortunately, the desktop system does not have Thunderbolt, and it was not clear to me that Thunderbolt displays only work with Thunderbolt machines.
I now have to get a non-Thunderbolt display, but luckily my office still isn't finished so I have not opened the display. It is in its sealed factory box, and I still have it in the box Apple ships them in -- so it is ready to be shipped to its new home!
I bought it new for $1,088.41 ($999 plus tax), and am letting it go for only $949 plus shipping.
