where is the RTC chip on IIGS logic board?

where is the RTC chip on IIGS logic board?

Reactive Micro identifies the Apple part number as 344-0040, but I was unable to locate it after a coarse search of the board.

The chip labeled "SER CLOCK" is at UG3 on the board.
