Hello mwlay,
These FD controllers were popular especially in Germany.
They can be used with Disk II (2 x 20 pin connectors) or Shugart floppy drives (large 34 pin connector).
You can find some informations on the SpeedyG page, see Disk Controllers for the APPLE Family paragraph.
I have two controllers like this one.

on the website http://www.harrowalsh.de/Elektronik/APPLEBOX/appleboxdownload.htmv only the Erphi FDC and Ehring FDC4 controller described. Who can help?

your correct... it´s not an FDC4.
Maybe you have rhe chance to find the controller in the Apple Documentation Center....
(at least by picture )
