WTB: AirPort Extreme Bluetooth Card A1026 631-0150 for iBook 12-inch G4

I desperately need an AirPort Extreme Bluetooth Card Model No. A1026 631-0150 for a 12-inch iBook G4. This card mounts right on the motherboard, not under the keyboard. It must have both the Model Number A.1026 and Part Number 631-0150. Parts Number 631-0170 has a different connector and does not fit. Can pay by PayPal.
