WTB: Broken iPhones

Hi,

I'm looking for broken iPhones, preferably the 3GS (not plain 3G), 4 and 4S, and 5.

Color doesn't really matter, although I do have a slight bias toward white.

Condition: it must be broken somehow, whether it be a crack on the screen or whatnot (it's cheaper that way as well )

I would prefer that it be carrier unlocked (but I'll take what I can get).

I am doing this because I want to learn how to repair them. It seems that almost everyone has one these days, so it would be a very handy skill.

I'm looking to spend no more than $50 for a 3GS, $60 for a 4 or 4S, or $80 for a 5.
