Does anybody know who has developed the Z80 Card and where I might be able to find a manual describing the DIP Switch settings?

Normally, on all the Z80 cards, the DIP swithches are off, like shown on this picture.
According to the Microsoft Z80 Softcard schematic, the switches are used to activate DMA, IRQ, NMI and an alternate decoding scheme.
