Changes to iTMS

I'm not sure if this is in the right catagory, but I just noticed some changes to the iTunes music store. I tried to login, and it took me to some apple site and had me put in a security question, and wanted a credit card number. I dont have a credit card, but i do have some credit on my account. it would not let me login, and it wont let me play my itunes music. anybody have any suggestions. I also appologize if i put this in the wrong place.
