I have a couple of Canon printers, IP4200 & IX5000, i use both printer not more than 2 month and a get the same problem for those two printer, first those printer run normaly and the print result is good but after 1 month there is a problem, those two printer cannot print a photo quality picture anymore.
And when i try to print nozle check the light magenta colour not printed, and to do cleaning and there is nothing better.
then i take it to the canon service center and they said that the print head is weak and need to be replace with the new one.
Please give me suggestions on how to fix this problem without totally changging the print head (note : this two printer is used not more than 2 month).
