Hello all!
I'm trying to remember the name of an action game I used to play on my Apple II when I was a kid. I had about 8 year at the time, so it was around 1988.
In the game you control a guy and you have two enemies. I remember calling them "hammerheads" since their head looked like a hammer, as far as I can remember. Well, your objective is to get coins and put them on your safe. The enemies keep trying to steal your coins and put on their safe. The safe is full with a certaing number of coins: if you reach the number first, you go to another stage. If the enemies reach it first, then you lose.
What was really fun is that you could put your coins into certain "items", in order to distract the enemies... For example, you could use a coin in a phone, then another phone would ring and the enemies would start yelling at each other in the phone... Or you could use a coin in a jukebox, and they will start dancing while you could collect more coins.
Well, that's all I can remember. Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot!
Rodrigo
Sounds a lot like the game Spare Change by Broderbund.
Later,

That's the game!
Thanks a lot, Craig!

Thanks also- I haven't thought about that game in a LONG time. I played that one about the same time as Wolfenstein. It was pretty cool.
