iBook logic board upgrade

I own a 14" 1.33 GHz iBook that has a blown logic board. I've seen 1.42GHz logic boards for around the same price as the 1.33 and was wondering besides the magnesium frame, trackpad, and heat sink, what else would I have to replace to make this kind of an upgrade even feasible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
