RasterOps was/is notable, if not notorious, for wishing to continue to earn from its software. USD70 a throw was bandied about. Without knowing what you need, I can point you here, and you may find something of value for your system.

Thanks for the link, I have those drivers and they do not work in system 6.08 when I tried installing them on my IIcx. I have some rasterops cards 24si and older that I wanted to test out on system 6.0x.
