Halo not working

Hey i have recently downloaded halo for mac off demonoid
and i mount the disk image using toast and that sends me to
the game folder. So i open the installer file and it starts to load,
and this window comes up saying something to do with OS9, saying i might
need to install 9.1??? WHAT THE HELL? i have mac os x 10.4.10 loaded and
would really like to play this game! Can someone please help!
