Apple//c Screen Garbled Require Help Please
You've got a hardware failure of some sort going on. You need to take the IIc apart and have a look at the motherboard. Apple components got more and more integrated as time went on, and thus became less and less repairable. But check for anything that's got a socket and give it a push.
There are threads about machine repair around. This one is about the more repairable II/II+, but some ideas apply:

You might also avail yourself of repair services I found with a simple Google search:

WHOA, not sure you can use a Mac monitor on a IIc. Is it really a Mac monitor? Did it work with a Apple II/IIc before? Is it a composite monitor, with an RCA type plug? Maybe the monitor is bad or out of adjustmnets.
No, that's just a mistake. It's a IIc monitor in the picture, and it's showing good character generator ROM generated data. So the heart is beating.
I just went into it cleaned it out and pressed down all of the chips nadda! I'm starting to get worried that is truly dead i read all of those threads nothing seems to be able to help me. Any other Idea's?
