Some not all of these letter flash. None of my keystrokes do anything. I can't find any info on this problem. There are no disks in the drive. I don't have any either. The video is going straight into the Mac monitor. Thats all i know ask me if you have any questions.

You've got a hardware failure of some sort going on. You need to take the IIc apart and have a look at the motherboard. Apple components got more and more integrated as time went on, and thus became less and less repairable. But check for anything that's got a socket and give it a push.

There are threads about machine repair around. This one is about the more repairable II/II+, but some ideas apply:

You might also avail yourself of repair services I found with a simple Google search:

WHOA, not sure you can use a Mac monitor on a IIc. Is it really a Mac monitor? Did it work with a Apple II/IIc before? Is it a composite monitor, with an RCA type plug? Maybe the monitor is bad or out of adjustmnets.

No, that's just a mistake. It's a IIc monitor in the picture, and it's showing good character generator ROM generated data. So the heart is beating.
