a 12" powerbook g4 mod... any ideas?

several months ago i purchased a completely disassembled powerbook g4 12" 867mhz at a yard sale for $25 with the intention of rebuilding it. it needed more work than i thought, so i built it into a backgammon case so it would have hinges. the bottom 1/2 is almost complete, only the cable to the dvd drive broke, so i took that out. i recently purchased the main thing that i needed, a cable for the hard drive. does anyone have any ideas for a cool mod? i would love to have a touch screen, but then i don't think it could be run off of a battery, and also i have a very limited budget.

yeah, but...

... i would rather make this a usable computer, i have clamshell ibook parts i could make a picture frame out of. i really would like to make this a tablet. does anyone know of a low cost either overlay or a tablet to lie under the screen? also if i did this, how would i power it?
